Summer treats

 

This was one of my task for the summer learning journey   it was summer treats here is a poster of some of the summer treats that I think would be a great to make during the summer.

Haiku poem,(summer learning journey)

 

Today for the summer learning juourney we did writing ,we had to create our own haiku poem an,haiku poem is when you use 5 sylables then seven and then another, 5 my poem is about summer and when friends hangout with each other.

Art colouring book (week 1 summer learning journey) Self-portrait with monkey

This is a project from the summer learning journey,today task was to go on to a website called Art colouring book,Google Art and we got to pick witch famous artist painting that we would like to create this painting that i have picked was called self-portrait with monkey.This piece of art,and piece of painting was made by Frida Kahlo the painting was mad with very old style but i liked the way it expressed that it was Frida with her monkey and how she used so much passionate colours.This painting was made in the year 1983.
 

The legend of how kava was made

Once up  pod a time there lived a little girl and her mum and dad,they lived on this unknown island but the island was in Tonga. What they used to eat was  fish that they used to hunt for food.one day the king of Tonga and his boys went to hunt and they went too far off the shore and got lost so then they found the island ,where the mother and her husband,daughter lived.One of the kings men found the dad and mum he said'' may you prepare a special meal for the king ''the father replied'' yes but there aint much food but we will try''.On they went well the king rested.One of the men  found the daughter that had lived there then he gave her his sword and teaches her how to cut the branches off the tree. all of the men went to hunt for crabs to eat while they where doing that the mum and dad said''we might need to kill our daughter'' the mother replied'' no why do we need to he can hunt for his self''father replied ''remember he is the king ''as u wish said the mother''.The father pretend to hug the daughter but he actually murders his own daughter the mother tried to stop him but it was too late.the men that found her was calling''kava kava kava '' they also where ruining''. ( You may ask why they where calling kava it was called that because when ever they could hear anyone scream it was signal that someone is getting murder) They told the king these people have killed there daughter for you the king felt gimleted,a year after  that there where plants over the daughters grave. From then on they called that plant kava.(when ever there is a funeral they have kava it is dirty water well sort of)

What would you do?

have you ever wondered what would happen if you where stuck in a escape room?

Well what i think if i was stuck in a escape room I would just try and find clues to get out but if you ad to stay their for 24 hours.I would get food a inflatable bed or a pool float  because it would be a great and comfortable bed.Also i would get a nice fluffy blanket.But to go to the bathroom i am not really sure maybe we can say if we can go out for only a 30 second toilet  break.
